Delivery is designed to be predictable and easy to follow. After you submit an order request, we confirm stock and provide an estimated dispatch window. Standard shipping is available within the United Kingdom, and we can quote international delivery on request. Dispatch times vary by item and season, but we will always share a realistic estimate before payment.

Packaging is protective and minimal. Where possible, we use recyclable materials and avoid oversized boxes. If you are sending a gift, you can add a short note in the request form and we will include it in the parcel.

Returns are accepted for unused items in original condition. To start a return, contact support with your order reference and a brief reason. We will reply with the return address and steps.
