Refund / Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellations and refunds for UDI Market, operated by Aurum Events & Hospitality Ltd.
Before payment: If you submit an order request and then change your mind before payment, simply email support and we will cancel the request with no charge.
After payment: Once payment is accepted, you may cancel before dispatch. If cancellation is possible, we will refund the full item price. If an item has already been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return.
Returns: You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To start, contact support with your order reference. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and checked, typically within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable cases: Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may be refused or refunded partially.
